We believe that we are called to be the salt and light of the earth. When we submit to God, He can work transformation through us.

We need to guard our heart and find out where there are obstacles that need healing and transformation. Because as the Bible says: 'As a man thinks in his heart, so is he (Proverbs 23:7). So transformational leadership always starts with examining our hearts.

When we get a hold on what we believe and which opinions are not according to Gods will, we can remove them and plant Gods truth in our heart. The truth will set us free and enable us to bring freedom also to the people around us (John 8:32).

To grow as a leader we need to establish our purpose and principles based on what God has already laid inside our design. It is not hard work, we just need to learn to trust in what He has put inside us, and know that this is enough. His plan for you is perfect! Putting our purpose and principles into words helps create the life we were meant for, and match our actions to it.

Ofcourse we need to act as well. But we must be careful not to make our responsibility too big. God told us to plant and water the seeds, but He is responsible for the growth, not us (1 Cor. 3:9). He gives the fruit, not we.

Our main responsibility is to st in Him, and He promises us that when we do, we will bear much fruit (John 15:4-5).
